We co-design our fabrics with artisans from the remotest villages of India. We discuss inspiration and co-design the fabric. It’s like a partnership wherein the ideas of the artisan and us are well integrated to come up with the final outcome so that even when we add our tinge of innovation to the crafts, the traditional essence of it is not lost in the process. Once ready, these fabrics are transformed into silhouettes which are timeless, functional, affordable, and flatter every-body type.

Our inspiration for gender neutral came from our tagline, the Indian way of sustainable thinking. We asked ourselves, what is the most sustainable Indian garment? The answer was sarees and dhotis. Sarees and dhotis were sustainable because it was not restricted to any body size, it could be worn and styled in multiple ways, it could be worn by anyBODY and everyBODY, and Indian crafts were highlighted the most in these garments. Taking inspiration from this, we decided for our products to be gender neutral, for anyBODY and everyBODY, and create such silhouettes that are evergreen and timeless as well as fresh and stylish.
