ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at inkriticrafts@gmail.com with the subject "CANCEL ORDER".
EXCHANGE
In case you need to exchange your order due to size issues, we’ve got you covered! We accept exchanges only once due to size issues. Drop an email to us at inkriticrafts@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product with the subject "EXCHANGE". And we will take it forward from there. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
RETURNS
Every single piece designed & produced by Inkriti goes through strict quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes. However, on the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us along with a picture of the product at inkriticrafts@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order with the subject "RETURN".
REFUND
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days.
In case of returns or exchanges, the customer will kindly need to pack the products securely, in the original package if possible, and Courier the parcel back to us. Details will be shared in the email.
No exchange and refund on discounted items.
The Inkriti team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the same email in the event Goods/products are delivered without tags.
