Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at inkriticrafts@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order with the subject: CANCEL ORDER.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only for size issues, and each order is eligible for one exchange. To request an exchange, email us at inkriticrafts@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product, with the subject: EXCHANGE.
Important:
- Clothing sent without prior email approval will not be accepted.
- No exchanges are allowed on discounted items.
Return Policy
Every Inkriti piece undergoes strict quality checks. Variations in color and texture are a natural characteristic of our handmade process and are not considered defects.
We only accept returns in the case of a damaged product. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at inkriticrafts@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, with the subject: RETURN, and attach clear photos of the product.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
- Customers must securely pack and courier the product back to us. Return details will be provided via email.
- Products that are used, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted.
No returns are allowed on discounted items.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds for eligible returns. Customers can choose between:
- Store Credit – Issued after the return pickup is completed.
- Refund to the Original Payment Method – Processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For international orders, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Due to high shipping costs, customs duties, and logistical challenges, we are unable to process returns or offer store credit for international purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
